Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of streamgo.media ("Streamgo"), operated by Tempokoda OÜ, a company registered in Estonia at Oksa tn 10-4, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account or starting a trial you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Streamgo is a web-based paid-subscription workout service. Each day we publish a ranked selection of workout sessions, with a single #1 pick, plus access to an archive of past sessions. Access requires a trial or paid membership; some content is previewed publicly but full playback requires member access.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Memberships are for individual use; account sharing is not supported and may lead to suspension.
3. Free trial
New members may receive a 7-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription automatically.
4. Subscription & automatic renewal
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at sign-up. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and cadence until you cancel. We display the exact renewal amount before you start. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids any charge. Cancelling a paid membership stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. There are no long-term contracts.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which provides a money-back path on your first paid charge within 7 days. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have under EU and Estonian consumer law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or publicly perform the workout content, circumvent access controls, or use the service in a way that infringes others' rights. Health note: the content is general fitness information, not medical advice — train within your ability and consult a professional where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
Workout sessions and site content are owned by Tempokoda OÜ or its contributing coaches and creators and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
