2. Cookies & consent

3. Processors we use
We share data only with processors needed to run the service — for example a payment provider once checkout is connected, and hosting/email infrastructure. We list processors here as they are actually engaged; we do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and progression data for as long as your membership is active and for a limited period afterward to handle billing, legal and support obligations. Billing records are retained as required by Estonian and EU accounting law. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA by a processor, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
