Every new membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, no payment is taken — there's nothing to refund.

How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account email.
- Include the charge date and the email on the account.
- We confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically initiated within a few business days; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
After the first period
Subsequent renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges — access continues to the end of the current paid period. This policy is in addition to any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have under EU and Estonian consumer law.
