The free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial giving you full access to every workout and the complete archive. You are not charged during the trial.
When you're charged
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected — monthly or annual. We always show the exact renewal amount before you start, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account in two clicks. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Refund path
Payment security
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a third-party payment provider once checkout is connected. We never store your full card details on our own servers.
Checkout status
Checkout opens after subscription setup is connected. Until then, Subscribe and trial buttons show a neutral status message rather than taking a payment.
