How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access to every workout and the complete archive. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid the renewal charge. The trial is the same on every plan — you only choose the plan price that applies once it ends.
What if I don't like it?
Cancel before your trial ends and you're never charged. If you're charged for your first paid period and aren't happy, contact [email protected] within 7 days of that first charge for a money-back refund on it. Full details on the Refund page.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. After the 7-day free trial your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected — monthly or annual — until you cancel. We always show the exact renewal amount before you start, and renewals continue at the same cadence until cancellation.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are handled over an encrypted connection by a third-party payment provider once checkout is connected. We never store your full card details on our own servers. See the Privacy page for how billing data is handled.
How is the daily workout selected?
Our coaching team watches and tests sessions, then ranks thirty each day on coaching quality, safety and real-world payoff. The top-ranked session becomes today's #1. Ranking is human-led, not an automated popularity score.
When does the ranking refresh?
Every day at 00:00 in your own local timezone. A live countdown on the landing page shows exactly how long until the next refresh. The clock is based on your device's timezone, not ours.
Does the same workout stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt every day, so today's #1 is replaced by a fresh pick at midnight local time. The archive keeps past sessions available to members so nothing you liked disappears.
Can I submit my own workouts?
Yes — coaches and creators can reach our editorial team at [email protected]. We review submissions for coaching quality and safety before they enter the ranking, in line with our Content policy.
What devices can I use?
Streamgo runs in any modern web browser on phone, tablet, laptop and desktop. There is no native app or smart-TV app yet — access is via the web. We'll say so clearly here if that changes.
Can I download workouts to watch offline?
Not at the moment. Streamgo is a web-based streaming service and does not currently offer offline downloads. An internet connection is required to play any session.
Can I share my account?
Memberships are for individual use. Account sharing isn't supported and may lead to suspension, but you can cancel and re-join freely with no penalty.
