Streamgo respects intellectual property and expects coaches, creators and members to do the same. If you believe content on streamgo.media infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.

Designated agent

What a takedown notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on streamgo.media.
4. Your contact details (name, address, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our process

On receiving a valid notice we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the content provider. We may forward your notice to the affected coach or creator.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
